A visit to the Eastern Highlands – Mutare

My mother comes from the Eastern Highlands. In the Save River Valley, the totem they go by in that area is DZIVA, which is in relation to water and waterbodies.

The mountainous area surrounding them is also quite a site.

Home to Mutare, Nyanga, Penhalonga the Eastern part of Zimbabwe, border to Mozambique is one beautiful site. Known as Manicaland province, where the Manyika language speakers dwell.

While I did not do any tourist activities, Visiting Nyanyadzi, Marange was quite a hot, skin tanning trip, but still quite interesting.

AFTER seeing the road and partly driving it, I have found myself a nice holiday destination later on sometime.
